alki beach, saw very expensive open house condos, dinner with friends on sunday.

    yeah, but not one of these. we just went to see ridiculously expensive ($700K+) apartments. There was one that was a little over 1000 sq feet that was kind of dark, not that great, then another one that was 1800 square feet, really nice, big, bright, and they were both the same price. i don’t know why anyone would go with the first one we saw, which was actually about $4000 more than the bigger, nicer one.
